Dr. Kevin Smith, O.D., President

Dr. Smith began his optical career over 30 years ago while still in high school. He learned the craft of manufacturing eyeglasses at 17 from his step father, Paul H. West, and went on to obtain education from Hillsborough Community College, University of South Florida, and Nova Southeastern University. He has practiced in many areas of optometry including commercial eye clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and private practice.  Dr. Smith has become a specialist in mobile eye care.  He routinely makes visits to skilled and assisted living facilities in the Tampa area.  He is also the ONLY eye doctor that makes house calls! In 2017, Dr. Smith became an examiner for Premier Eye Health Insurance.  He reviews digital retinal images taken in primary care physician offices.  And in 2018, he became the Medical Director of Vision Services for mobile diagnostic clinic in the Tampa area that provides X-rays and other types of specialized diagnostic testing in the mobile setting.  His passion in life is providing exceptional eye care with an emphasis on treating patients as though they were a friend or family member. After long days, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sharon, daughter Kayla, and cats Milo,Guernsey, Pasta, and Noodles. Dr. Smith is also an active member in his church, and with Florida Blood Services.

Passionate about her job, Debra has been dedicated to helping Dr. Kevin Smith for 16 years in the pursuit of helping people see their world around them. At Infinity Eye Care Center, she focuses on helping the patients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their eyewear choices. Her many years in this profession have given her the knowledge to recommend the best in eyeglass lens and frame selection. During her youth, Debra graduated from Chamberlain Senior High School in Tampa, Florida. She never shies away from a smile or a pleasant wave. When not at work, she can be found at home gardening or spending time with friends and family.

Twenty years ago, Rose became a technician at South Tampa Eye Site. Her working capabilities are highlighted in her accomplishments as an assistant in our office. She prides herself in knowing almost everyone that walks into our office. She loves talking to patients new and old about their families. She is a whiz at the art of filing a medical claim.
